    We agree what has to be understood, by whom, and where it will be seen.

  2. Pre-production

    Script, storyboard and shot list, so the shoot days have no surprises.

  3. Production

    The shoot, the photographs and the raw material for everything after.

  4. Post-production

    Edit, motion, grade and sound, with review rounds agreed in the quote.

  5. Delivery

    Every format and channel version, named and organised, in one handover.

  6. Support

    Small changes after launch, and a studio that still knows the project.

What we hold to

Three rules on set.

  1. Story first

    The brief decides the format, not the other way round. We ask what has to be understood before we ask what it should look like.

  2. Finished means finished

    Masters, cut-downs for every channel and organised files, delivered together, so nothing is left half-done at the handover.

  3. One team, start to end

    The people who hear the brief are the people who shoot, cut and deliver it. No hand-offs, no lost context.

Before you ask

Who do you work for?

We are the in-house studio of Syairozi Group, and we take on outside clients with equal weight. Brands, businesses and organisations anywhere in Indonesia are welcome to send a brief.

How do we start a project?

Use the brief composer on the contact page. It opens a prefilled email to contact@syairozi.com that you can edit before sending, and we reply with questions or a quote.

How does pricing work?

Every project is quoted on its own after we read the brief. We don’t publish a price list, because scope, crew and deliverables change from one project to the next.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope, so the schedule is agreed in the quote, from first draft to final delivery. If you have a fixed launch date, put it in the brief and we plan backwards from it.

What do we receive at the end?

The finished masters, exported in the formats and sizes each channel needs. Source and project files are delivered by agreement, and the quote states which ones are included.
